The Grower Series app allows growers to create a digital record for tracking quality and quantity when grain is loaded into or out of storage. Vermette Wood Preservers Ltd (VWP) is a third-generation Métis family business celebrating 50 years in the wood preservation industry. VWP exports oil-based, penta pressure-treated agricultural fence posts into the mid-western United States and the Canadian Prairie Provinces. In addition to agricultural fence posts, VWP is the second largest supplier of penta-treated utility poles to Saskatchewan's electrical utility corporation (SaskPower) and is the exclusive supplier of bridge piles, bridge timbers to the Saskatchewan Ministry of Highways and Infrastructure. Vermette Wood Preservers is the largest Saskatchewan manufacturer of bulk and retail firewood and colored landscaping mulch.
