Agriculture Council of Saskatchewan Inc. (ACS) brings together Saskatchewan's agriculture and agri-food sector and they work on behalf of their members to address issues and bring new opportunities to the industry. Their members represent Saskatchewan’s agriculture and agri-food sector, from primary production and value-added processing to research and market development. Guided by their member organizations, ACS has become a leader in identifying issues and providing collaborative solutions. ACS is designed to position Saskatchewan’s agriculture and agri-food industry at the forefront of innovation to provide solutions to industry issues and capture market opportunities. Their programs provide funding, training and guidance that bring broad benefits across Saskatchewan’s agriculture and agri-food sector. ACS has programs targeted at the agriculture and agri-food communities, including the Saskatchewan Grocery Retail and Foodservice Value Chain Initiative. ACS operates levy collection services for many Saskatchewan, Manitoba and Alberta provincial commodity organizations through the Levy Central program. The levy collected pays for research, market development and education activities through the commodity organizations.

Arc Alloy Welding (1984) is a manufacturer of the Pro Grain Bagger, Pro Grain Extractor and the Pro Box Scraper as well as a fabrication shop specializing in custom fabrication and repair. Pro Grain Bagger was developed in 1986 to supply quality cost-efficient grain storage for both high moisture and dry grain including wheat, barley, oats, canola, corn and numerous grains in bags in excess of 10,000 bushels. More recently the Pro Grain Extractor was completed to remove the grain from the bags to compliment the Pro Grain Bagger. Arc Alloy Welding (1984) also has developed a 10’ and 12’ scraper to be used in acreages and smaller road projects and is known as the Pro Box Scraper and is a cost effective scraper. Arc Alloy Welding (1984) was originally established to service the potash industry with the location providing quick access to their fully equipped fabrication shop, handling jobs ranging from J-hooks, cable hangers, belt-conveyor systems, structural steel work, tanks and chutes. They also offer machining, sandblasting, painting and portable welding services. Arc Alloy Welding (1984) has been in business since 1968 and under current ownership since 1984.
